Styve Dumouchel

Styve joined LMC/Qualmec in March of 1993 and was responsible for the founding of Qualmec in 1996. He graduated from Montreal's McGill University in 1990 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and worked as a Design Engineer for Babcock & Wilcox in the Fossil Power division. Since then, Styve has managed projects valued over $14 million and was appointed to President in 2000.

Martin has been with LMC/Qualmec since 1995. He has experience in the paper machine industry and has been directly in charge of the removal of old machinery and the installation of a MB Former and Winder on a large paper machine.

Carl joined LMC/Qualmec in April, 2001. After graduating with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1989 from McGill University, Carl worked as a Design Engineer and Field Erector for General Electric and Voith Siemens.

In his role as the Chief Financial of LMC, John is responsible for managing the day-to-day business activities of the organization encompassing finance, administration, human resources, purchasing and information technology, as well as taking a lead role in strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting.

A Saint John native, John has had a successful career working in senior financial and management roles for a number of organizations. John is a member of the Society of Management Accountants of New Brunswick, and a past member of the Saint John Rotary Club. For the Saint John Board of Trade, he sits on the Executive Committee of the Board of the Directors and acts as Treasurer.

As Shop Manager responsible for the fabrication shop, Fred has been with LMC/Qualmec since 2003. A graduate of École Polytechnique de Montréal with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, he worked for GE Hydro for 11 years before joining LMC/Qualmec. As Supervisor of Field Technical Services, Fred fine-tuned his engineering and management skills while with GE Hydro. He is also an expert in all technical aspects of generator and turbine installation.

Mary Angela graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in accounting. She held the position of Comptroller at Fundy Computer Services Ltd, from 1987 - 2003. Mary Angela received her CMA designation in 2003 and joined LMC in December of that year.

Mr. Marc Ferron brings over 15 years experience in the heavy equipment industry and manufacturing fields to Qualmec's (Voith Siemens Énergie Hydraulique Inc) current major dam project, namely the replacement of three of the six Turbine Generator groups at the Hydro Québec generating station in La Tuque, Québec. (Voith Siemens Énergie Hydraulique) in La Tuque, Québec. His experience includes seven years as Superintendent of Maintenance with Quebec Metal Powders (QMP), where he managed 10 managers and 60 employees. While at QMP he consistently generated additional revenue opportunities and reduced costs. He introduced leading edge maintenance practices and developed and contributed to the market launch of new processes. He also brings nine years of experience with Quebec Iron and Titanium (QIT) as both a Project Engineer and Assistant Superintendent of Plant Operations.

Conveniently Located in Eastern Canada, LMC Ltd. is located in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada, in the Lorneville Industrial Park.
